Vermicompost tea is brewed in Stefan’s backyard after undergoing multiple steps. At some point in the process the following could have been included based on the time of year:

Garden and yard waste, grass clippings, leaves, kitchen scraps, cardboard, paper, fish emulsion, rainwater, and straw.

Stefan uses multiple composting steps to ensure the vermicompost is to the highest standards before adding to the aeration machine. Between 2 and 3 stages of composting commence over a 12 month period to result in high quality sifted vermicompost.

The aeration machine is a 55 gallon barrel with rainwater in which a finely-netted bag of vermicompost is added. For 24 hours, the oxygen from the bubbles that the aeration machine is pumping into the water activates the microorganisms from the vermicompost. Voila, your vermicompost tea!

Vermicompost tea is guaranteed to be active upon purchase and on-time transfer. If the transfer time exceeds the time of recommendation, there is a chance that the tea could become less or not at all potent. All sales are final and tea cannot be returned.
